Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind, only for manufacturer defects.  PLEASE REFER TO THE SIZE GUIDE OR MEASUREMENTS ON EACH PRODUCT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.  For oversize fit, size up.  If your item arrives with a defective manufacturing issue, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery at pointmenforward@gmail.com with 2 clear photos so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement before product is mailed back to us. Items must be unworn and in their original, unwashed condition. We are not responsible for items returned without prior approval or for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We reserve the right to approve or deny returns.
