Point Me Forward products are made to order and fulfilled through our production and shipping partner.

Please allow 7 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, allow 7 days (average 14 business day processing time), you’ll receive tracking information. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced at different facilities.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct, including apartment or unit number, before placing your order. Point Me Forward is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses.

If your package arrives with manufacturer damages, please contact us promptly with 2 photos, to email: connect@pointmeforward.com so we can assist you.
